This is a cover plate for the top plate that is hard to change out. If your plate is holding the nose up, this cover plate is easier to put on and less expensive than changing the factory top plate. You can have a good looking top plate in 5 minutes with this new cover plate. Just remove the four rear bolts and a few of the plastic rivet fasteners, slide the plate in and refasten back down.
